Re:
Eh, they're OK (as far as mainstream rock bands go anyway). Can't say I'm getting really excited about this though. I might give it a spin or two eventually.

Hall's with Romero's company these days, right? What are they up to anyway, still working on that MMO?Paramultart wrote:On a side note, I would love to see Tom Hall hired at the new Apogee company as the creative director, and maybe score the rights to Keen. That would be a dream come true!

I actually still own my original Keening computer (a 486/33 with DOS 6.22/Windows 95) but it just sits in my closet collecting dust these days. I also have a Pentium 90, which is a laptop, that I occasionally use to play DOS games such as Keen.

Disagree. I thought it was a fun little puzzle game back in the day. I still own the original registered version floppy I ordered from Apogee years ago.VikingBoyBilly wrote:paganitzu sucled

Keen 2000 sucked. It's an extremely buggy Klik & Play "game". It probably doesn't even work on Windows Vista/7.

What about Windows 3.2?DaVince wrote:No, I'm quite sure they didn't for Windows 3.1/3.11. Those were likely the only versions around; heck, 3.11 was already an update on 3.1 where they attached a 1 at the end.

Keen 6 was originally intended to be an episode of Goodbye Galaxy, making it a trilogy like Vorticons, but then Formgen offered id a deal they couldn't pass up so Galaxy was reduced to only 2 parts (which probably hurt sales).DHeadshot wrote:Keen 6 isn't part of Goodbye Galaxy - it's a stand-alone episode...

I love Fringe. I've been watching it since the beginning and it just keeps improving. Anna Torv is hot!
