Re: In search for missing fan-games and mods

Hey I know a thing or two about one of those! Thanks for digging into these old projects Grandy, I didn't realize just how long it's really been... yikes! I had my 4 and 6 year old boys hooked on Keen for a few weeks earlier this year. But they later discovered Minecraft (youtubers :no ) I don't rem...

Hi Rorie, as Keen Rush said, you are correct. Hopefully nobody will want to do something bad to me for maintaining a domain for the forum, but we do have a home security system: http://www.spezd.com/misc/2011_08_24-1.jpg Also, anyone should feel free to look me up if you're ever in the area, I'm alw...

Pyramid of the Forbidden

For the somewhat older crowd - those who played Commander Keen a lot before, say 1995, how long did it take you to find the way to the secret pyramid in Keen 4? I believe there were more than 3 years from the time I knew it was possible before actually playing the level. The game hints never made an...

Have not seen the director's cut. It seemed like the jet engine came from the future, meaning that part did indeed happen. Without going into detail, that is what made me think she died.

You people are bringing me down...

I remember several of you here were big fans of Donnie Darko a few years back. Well I finally got around to watching it a couple weeks ago. That movie made me rather sad. I don't recall any of you saying it was such a sad movie. Boo! Sorry I'm late to the party, and don't know how to avoid spoiling ...

Perhaps it portrays the enstrangened American society of the late 80s and early 90s. An alien could just as well be a pet dog, the successful parents have no time or interest to understand the difference or really know what their kid does. :dopekeen Interesting perspective, I always thought it was ...

Re: Why America Needs To Introduce Tougher Gun Controls Now!

Logic issues, man: 400 year old [amendment]. ... the u.s of a will go to hell. It's reasonable to argue that something new could be the pathway to destruction. But it's hard to accept that something that's been the case for 400 years is the highway to hell. (Despite the imagery, this has zero a reli...
