Re: Keen Awards 2025: Nominations
I would like to nominate DoomJedi's Bomberkeen
Thank you so much! This is a product of love on my part, and it's great to be appreciated (and again big thanks for K1n9_Duk3 for all the coding enhancements of this).
As currently no updates are planned and being fully playable, it can be treated ...

Re: Keen Awards 2025: Nominations
Follow this thread since opened waiting for "BomberKeen" to get mentioned...
Should I declare "BomberKeen" as "released" to get nominated?
I can do that at any moment, as no updates are currently planned and the game is fully playable.

Re: Burn 'em Down (NES homebrew game by Dr. Colossus)
Didn't like it. Dissapointing.
Bad controls/mechanics, cheap deaths, childish art.
Weird "dash is hit" gimmick.
I have a huge collection on my Retropie of amazing modern nes Homebrew games.
I follow new releases too.
This is an example of a game that...not sure why would think the world needs it ...

Re: Foray in the Forest
(2 words I had to google their meaning in one line, LOL)
No, no "blunder", you are a very interesting person even without trying to "pique" my interest.
And there is nothing bad in it either. Part that only adds to your character.
This is so much an answer from a person I imagined you to be :)

Re: Modding with Omnispeak
It's a barrier for me as well in projects.but I've never really broken through the barrier of getting a project environment set up.
Though not a great coder - I could consider tweaking engines and mods, but it's complicated to properly set the environment for existing engines/sources.

Re: Foray in the Forest
Thanks for the detailed reply :)
I was about to embark on a sort of professional world tour
Wow, this sounds interesting. Would you be okay with revealing anything about for profession you hold and what it's about? :)
v3.0 is probably the version I’ve always wanted; my baby
I'm glad this is so ...
