Re: [v2.8.7] Abiathar: The superior Keen Galaxy editor

I've been using this tool for quite a while, and I can say that it's really nice. ;) I love the features it has, especially the export image thing and the option to reveal tile properties. Though, I'd love to see a cut feature and a way to delete rows and columns (in the middle of the level) get add...

Re: Buried in Oblivion

You're welcome! Anyway, I just managed to complete all of the levels, including the secret one, which, I assume it is the one where you start by falling in a empty area, correct? It was overall a very enjoyable experience to me. I really liked the concept behind the Gallery of Fame level, the dialog...

Re: Buried in Oblivion

I played through several levels of this levelpack in the easy difficultly, am currently in the desert area, and I can say that it's pretty good so far! ;) I like the concept and how you did the area with the inchworms in the mountain cave level. For negatives, the only thing I can think of is that I...

Re: Level Viewer for KEEN VORTICONS and GALAXY (and more...)

I used this program to export level maps of Flames On Earth, The Sqeek Battle, and The Morticore. I can say that this is a really nice and useful program. :) The only thing I think it could need is a way to remove the borders when exporting them (so people wouldn't have to do it manually), but that'...

Feedback on a couple mods

With a little kid, we tried out The Morticore and The Sqeek Battle (which are both mods made by me) together on 2-Player mode, and we had quite some fun. :D I found the graphics to look kind of interesting with the HQ filter on, and some of the levels in the two mods looked neat to me with the 640x4...

Thanks for the comments, everybody! Seeing the feedback kind of makes me feel a bit more motivated to do work on my current mod. :)

Re: DEADLINE 1 JAN 2017

Thank you, Fleexy, for doing this! ;) It looks pretty good, although as keenmaster486 said, are there any plans on attempting to restore the old PCKF stuff? I would like to at least see the default banner used right now get switched to a different banner.

Well, thanks for hosting this forum for a long time, adurdin! It may be a shame that this nice place will go down, but I can understand. I just hope that someone will host a new one soon, so I could still have a place to share my mods and see what others have made.

I agree that the XkyKeen mods are quite fantastic. I remember some of my memories with them (especially the first two). While it would be neat if someone made a mod that's at least equal to their quality, I don't think it should really matter too much. While I do try to put some effort into my own m...

I just checked out the video, and while it ended up being less than what I expected, I thought it was kind of neat. The leaf huts and wooden pits looked neat to me. I also like how the art style looks (yeah, it seems that they are using existing resources, but if they continued Keen 7, then I think ...

I check in this forum in nearly everyday, and more than once, although I don't login and post very often (maybe I should change that someday).

Until quite recently, I thought the big yellow bricks found in Keen 4's pyramids were hay, and the red flipping bricks found in Keen 5 and 6 were books.

One hint that I could give you when it comes to getting that pass card, is that whenever you exit a door, you will hold invincibility to any sort of hazards for a small amount of time. Making use of that feature is the key to getting the pass card.
