I want to see the rest of the Duke 1 episode speedruns. Heck, how about Duke II speedruns? The creator of the Duke Nukem 1 episode 1 speedrun is working on episode 2 . You're probably using DOSBox. CTRL+F10 is used in DOSBox for capturing/releasing the mouse and this conflicts with the cheat-enable-key-combo. So use DOSBox's KeyMapper to change the key-combo for the capturing/releasing of the mouse.

Make sure you do the following:
At the main menu, goto 'story' and press return. When you get to a story
page, press cnt, alt, F10 at the same time until the main menu reappears.
