Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

Hmm, I suspect it's because that search turns up this post , which got completely mangled in the encoding mishap during migration. Unfortunately the double-misencoding makes the transformation not quite reversible, so if nanomekia has the original version of that saved somewhere, editing the post wo...

Re: Tharify: Vorticons ←→ Galaxy level converter

Weird - every scanner on VirusTotal, including AVG, shows that it's clean. Windows Defender on my machine also finds no problem. :confused Maybe update your AVG definitions or check on a different computer?

Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

Thanks for the note! I'm also unable to reproduce this and couldn't find any problems using SSL Labs. Could you please supply the specific error Firefox gave you? A screenshot of the certificate info your browser received would also be helpful.

Hey all, let's keep it friendly. :) Feel free to disengage and/or contact a team member if it feels like things are getting unpleasant. Thanks!

Yeah, Dropbox is pretty great. I think Microsoft's OneDrive is also free. If those aren't workable for some reason, you can always e-mail it to fleexy@KM and I'll put it up on Files.KM.

Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

Yes, you can fix this by including the protocol (https:// or http://) in the link markup. The forum software seems to interpret protocol-less links as internal/relative.

Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

Thanks for letting me know! This does indeed appear to be because of profile pictures. Unfortunately, I can't really do anything about that, since not all avatar hosts even support HTTPS. (shikadi.net, for instance, doesn't.) :dead2

Re: The Incredible Machine (TIM) 1992 music format

Unfortunately I also have limited storage, though I haven't even used 1 GB out of my 50. I'd be happy to store some stuff - how much space are we considering?

There's an IMF to WAV converter; could that be ported to JS?

Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

Yeah, it's the hosting provider trying to be helpful and canceling requests that look like they might contain exploit-like strings. :mort I've had a little chat with them and the offending service should be disabled now: /etc/ld.so.conf Also, the pckf.rigeltechnical.com → pckf.com redirect is now pe...

Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

Unfortunately that appears to be a phpBB bug. There are several solutions in that thread, so I'll need to make sure that they don't break anything and then apply one to our installation if appropriate.

Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

OK, thanks to VitaminZach, the extra nameservers have been removed. Queries for pckf.com will now always return the new address and therefore show this forum. The redirect is again in place, but still 302. Let me know if there are any issues, and if you're completely unable to access the PCKF, you c...

Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

Ah, it looks like the two old nameservers are still there, so sometimes clients will ask the old (wrong) ones, and sometimes they'll ask the new ones, which will give the correct answer. Fortunately, we're still in the 302 phase, so I just disabled the redirect for now and will contact VitaminZach t...

Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

OK, phpBB is now on board with the domain change. The old domain redirects (302 for the moment) to pckf.com, which is where I'm posting this from. Since the domain move will log everyone out anyway, I also took the opportunity to switch cookies over to secure-only. It should be OK now to change exte...

Re: Welcome to the migrated PCKF!

Thanks to the reminder from Rorie here , I checked on the pckf.com domain situation. Apparently VitaminZach did at some point along the line get the name servers updated, so we do now control the display of pckf.com! I just now got an SSL certificate for it and the PCKF should be accessible there. C...

Re: Idea for revitalizing the level pack scene

At least as a start, I can see that being implemented as a barebones version of an episode that only has some generic-looking platforms and hazards and the exit. It would be playable though drab, but it could be converted to any episode of that series. There would be a mapping from the generic tiles...
