I agree with Gal - "The Keen Forum" could be a forum for people who are keen on anything, you really need the full "Commander Keen" in the title so that there's no confusion.

It would be nice if they were the same height as the text though, otherwise you get an extra gap between the lines if you have a smiley in the middle of a block of text.

I agree with the Modding subforum, it's not really needed when there's a dedicated forum.
