I know of two Australia-exclusive home computers and presumably you had access to the C64 and its ilk - surely there were Australia-made games for those?

Re: Atari

Not being a console gamer and being too young to have ever had much exposure to Atari, I can't make any comment for the quality of the game or consoles. I just found the story interesting. I've played the game emulated. It is really bad, but not disappointingly bad like the Atari 2600 version of Pa...

Couldn't view the list - my computer slowed down too much... (2GB of RAM flummoxed by a text file!) As for games of which we don't know the name, there was a puzzle game called "BLOCK.EXE" or "BLOCKS.EXE" (I forget which) where there were blocks you had to move by pushing them wi...

As for the medal, it's structure is quite simple, I see no reason why it shouldn't be v-shaped; we don't call the ying-yang 'the big s' but it's not far from one. Who knows what that medal symbolizes and is called in Vorticonic? Reminds me of the apparent explanation for the Superman "S"....

It's a mockup in the sense that the sprites are actually in the game, but they are static objects, meaning there are no animations or rotations for them. Aye, that makes a lot of sense. I love the trees forming some kind of skywall around the room... what is with that? They are clearly drawn on top...

8-bit Theatre finished long ago though. If we're shouting out comics that have already ended, what about 1/0 and Bob and George?

Microsoft's changes of MS Paint over the years have largely been about removing features!
Here's some old versions of Paint for comparison... (Assuming you can get any to work.)

That does look more like a Pit now. Those hills, though, look as though they should be solid and would thus block Keen's progress across the map. Perhaps they should disappear when the level has been completed?

The fact that Keen hits terminal velocity pretty much instantly implies that the gravitational pull is perfectly strong enough and the slow speed of descent is caused entirely by the oxygen-soup thing. The fact that Keen can breathe implies either that he has breathing apperatus or that that the air...
