After taking a short look at the DOSBox screenshot, I'd like to suggest two things to try out. OK maybe three. 1. Maybe there is a corrupted ck4patch.exe file doing nothing upon execution. You might need to re-extract it from some archive providing it (somewhere in the Keenwiki or so I recall...). 2...
