I don't know why, but giving Keen the ability to hang out at his ship at any time really added to the atmosphere of Keen 4 and 6.

I really like the porting job they did.
The music, while a bit bland, goes a long way towards making the game feel complete.

I wonder if there's a way to activate the cheats.

I own shrinkwrapped copies of Keen 4-6, and periodically I troll eBay looking for boxed copies of Invasion of the Vorticons and Keen Dreams.

My copy of Keen 6 is now by far the most valuable game in my collection.

Basically yeah, which is what most people suspected (and why nobody bought it).

There's a ton of freeware and shareware out there. I recommend Xargon.

That sounds like a good question to suggest asking Tom Hall in that one thread.

I'd like to know if there was a specific inspiration behind Princess Lindsey, and if she was ever intended to have more involvement in the story.

This is a really cool idea! More games need to be translated into as many languages as possible.

If I might make a suggestion that would make this project as easy as possible: why not start out by just distributing the story (with pictures) as a PDF file?

How are you ranking those? Windows 3.1 was the stone age of Windows, did it really mess up the foundations set by earlier Windows versions that badly?

Go find Commander Keen 6 first. Atari holds the rights. Or at least they probably do. The rights to keen are confusing. Separate games owned by separate people. Can we start declaring rights legally dead? Like, if nobody knows who owns the rights to something for a period of time, we can just call ...

...sort of?
