I tried editing the story text once I think in CK3, but the story then didn't load.... Actually, that might have been... yes, I was experimenting by modding a Keen 6 mod. Is there a program that you should use to do it or is notepad fine?

It's a 16-bit DOS program. This means it'll run on anything that runs DOS, which, thanks to DOSBox, is most stuff now...
