If you beat the whole of Keen 4, all levels, no dying, shooting or saving, you get 3 wishes from a pink genie who appears from your floppy drive (if you use DosBox he's virtual).

As far as I can recall, Keen 5 was the only one with a pseudo-alternate ending, depending on whether you found and finished the secret level or not.

Yeah, I was wondering about that. I've played around with the secret level in Keen5, and I never could break that fuse unless I was in God mode. Is this true, or was I just doing something wrong to not be able to break it before?

I think it has something to do with the difficulty (are you playing on easy?)
