I too have this problem using CK4-6 cheats. When I press fn+F10, the window shrinks to the middle of the screen, and I'm unable to press any other button. When I don't use fn, I mute my laptop, and still can't activate it. All this after I used A+2+Enter.
EDIT: I FOUND A WAY! After activating cheats, click Emulation, point to send key, and click F10. Then quickly press the letter of the cheat of your choice on your keyboard. If done quickly enough (you'll have to be almost lightning-fast), you will activate the cheat of your choice. I suggest you have your finger on the letter as you click the F10 item.

Ok, so I'm using DosBOX to play commander keen, so in the context of using this cheat, what do you mean by 'click' emulation. Does that just mean click the game window..?
