The complete contents of the hint sheet are on the KeenWiki: http://www.shikadi.net/keenwiki/Hint_Sh ... Vorticons)

It surprisingly doesn't have any reference to the Caves of Oblivion.

Huh, weird. :confused How was the player supposed to know that it was a trick level, or at least something was different with it?

As VBB pointed out, there is a sign that says UP in SGA.
That is a dead giveaway right there. But like he said, the secret level which decodes SGA is only accessible via the sea monster, which comes AFTER the Caves of Oblivion.

Perhaps the SGA translation and/or level guides were posted on some BBS somewhere way back when.

Maybe this could be interpreted as a vague hint... If not just for the cloud jumping:

Well I'm done moving but not done unpacking. I don't remember packing it away (along with the booklet for K6), but there are some boxes full of all kinds of stuff...

However, I recognize the one on the Keen Wiki, the Goodbye Galaxy one (http://www.shikadi.net/keenwiki/Hint_Sh ... _Galaxy%29). It has phrases I remember, but it's not actually a scan. I know I saw the K6 booklet all scanned in very nice on the Keen Wiki, so if I find the red paper I will try to scan it too (don't have a scanner tho, hm).

Also, there's a keen watch that came with K6? I was very young and my dad was the one who bought K6 anyway, but...a watch?
The Viking II lander actually did land on a 'rock' on Mars.
