I thought I'd revive this, since the same guy is still selling games from black & white software (although sporadically), and I actually bought Keen 4-6 to get a look at what was on the disks.
Keen 4 is the Apogee-published shareware version 1.1, and was compiled on 3/23/1992 (although it has an extra go.bat file).
Keen 5 is version 1.0, compiled on 12/15/1991 (with an extra go.bat file).
Keen 6 is version 1.4 and comes with some stuff that my other 1.4 doesn't have:
An "a" local disk file
chklist.cps
config.ck6
go.bat
savegam0.ck6
It appears that the publisher played the game before printing the disks (compiled on 2/12/1993).

Trying to set a high score ad, maybe.
Keening_Product was defeated before the game.

You'd think they'd just hack the scores file.
What you really need, not what you think you ought to want.

Clearly this person isn't so bright.
Keening_Product was defeated before the game.

...sort of?
Any idea what chklist.cps or the "a" file do?
