Probably would be treated like a vigilante who overstepped the law in the process. Then given a presidential pardon for his deeds. Problem is proving what he accomplished while in his hand made space craft.

The stun gun was not classified as a stunner weapon by the USA since it was alien technology. A Lightsaber would be legal in the United States to begin with since it is space technology. Keen's parents did not press charges against Keen. His parents probably knew he was a hero.

Apparently, you have to be 10 and over to be charged with a crime in Wisconsin.

Let's not forget, he:

Operated an aircraft/spacecraft without consulting the FAA or NASA.
Operated heavy communication equipment without consulting the FCC.
Travelled to an alien world and came back without being quarantined or immunized.
Conducted unofficial diplomatic relations with peoples from other star systems.
And, let's not forget the cruelty of bringing to Earth a creature whose weak frame is accustomed to 1/3 Earth gravity.

37.6% to be precise. To be honest, I hadn't thought of that - Spot would be crushed!

Oh yeah? So is that why Keen can jump several times his own height? I just assumed that Mars had similar gravity to earth's.

Let us also not forget that Keen saved the world. Keen is a hero. Jack Bauer on 24 has comitted more crimes than Keen has and he got off. Though, he did go overboard in season 8.

I guess so. I get a kick out of watching law and order shows and seeing the cops break laws and not notice. They can't always tell the difference between "remaining silent" and "obstruction of justice".

Curious how many laws Duke Nukem has broken.

Keen did steal all that candy though. He even stole from houses of worship.
