Hey folks. A handful of you were backers of the Indiegogo Keen Dreams re-release and, if you're like me, you've probably been frustrated about not receiving your long-promised game key despite the game having been released over a month ago on Steam.

Well, it appears the wait is finally over. Head on over to http://steamcommunity.com/app/356200/di ... 1446438244 and let the publisher know you want your key. :)

Hmmmm... Okay then. Let's give this a try.

New plan, contact me to get your keys. I have added the three accounts in the Steam thread. If that's not your cup of tea then you can PM me instead.

I don't have a full list of the 16 backers but I know these people don't have keys yet:
Kirill Illenseer
Matt Stath (Contacted)
Braden Obrzut (I'll get in contact)
Dave Allen (Added on Steam)
"Chuck" (Added on Steam)
Michael Jurich (Added on Steam)

If anyone knows how to get in touch with Kirill I'd love to know as I can't find a way to contact them and if anyone knows any other backer I've missed, also let me know.

Edit: I found Kirill :)

Thanks for taking care of this, Lunick. Hopefully we can put this all behind us very soon :).

While it's good to see this project come through, it's a shame it's under the command of that group. I mean, unfriending and unmoderating because account activity was quiet? What? and it's only 17 backers ffs.

Yes, they went to the effort to secure the game and made what looks to be an alright Steam version, not to mention releasing the source code, but from my spectator's seat it looks like doing business with a 13 year old.

I accepted giving out the keys just because I knew I'd actually get it done and it is not the backers' fault that they have been unable to get their keys. I got almost all the keys distributed to their owners within 24 hours with just Flaose being the last person I had to give their key to. If I had the power to do it earlier I would have done but Javier only asked me about it yesterday.

It really is sad how it ended up being handled and I think it could have been better if handled by a different party for sure.

Also if anyone else here has a Steam account and wants the game, just let me know in a PM.

I have an account but cannot remember any of the details. Can you work with that? 8)

The port is quite nice, the behind-the-scence difficulties, not so much. Also, it looks like the higher-level supporters aren't credited in the game, as promised, not even troublesomekeen (who basically bankrolled the whole thing)!

It says on the page "You'll get your name in the game credits too!". There is a credits.txt file in the directory of the game which has the names. This also lead me to find more backers that I didn't know about:

"Steve"
Jason S Wagner
Etienne Blanco
Matthew Coyne
Overmann

No idea how to contact them. Good old Steve donated a hefty chunk.

Once this is sorted someone should tell Steam how badly this is being managed by the developer. Though I guess Steam doesn't oversee the crowfunding, just the distribution.

Well I found Mr. Wagner but the others are not showing any defined presence on the internet. I don't get why IndieGoGo doesn't have some sort of messaging system...

Edit: I think I found Overmann too. The other three still have me stumped.
