Keen 6 is freaking expensive now!

Post by RoboBlue »

I own shrinkwrapped copies of Keen 4-6, and periodically I troll eBay looking for boxed copies of Invasion of the Vorticons and Keen Dreams.

Today I found this.

My copy of Keen 6 is now by far the most valuable game in my collection.

One of my moderately ranked regrets was not grabbing the copy from the local electronics store 15 years ago. It sat on the shelf for the better part of a decade until they finally threw it out. Though it wasn't shrinkwrapped so it wouldn't have been as valuable. Not that I would actually sell it if I had it, even for a grand.

:O I had no idea Keen 6 was even rare until I recently joined this forum!! I have Keen 6 (not the box but I have the disk and instruction booklet). Unfortunately the instruction booklet is kinda ruined because my 5 or 6 year old self back in the mid 90s thought the booklet should be in colour...so I coloured it...with pens and crayons...
