@Napalm: Thank you very much. I've forgot about that function. I have implemented this one for the next release.

@Tulip: Thanks for supporting me all the time!

CKP Update

Post by gerstrong »

For those who had problems running Episode 2 and 3 under Windows, here is the solution.

Delete sounds.ck2 and sounds.ck3 ,and run the new update. It will generate new versions of those files and you will be able to play them.

Have Fun!

Hey there!

Post by gerstrong »

I've released another version of CKP. This is one of the last versions of CKP before v0.2.

I'm working on two things now.

- Tile map reading directly from EXE-files (I've made a good progress with it, and it will work!!). If that is done, every MOD will work with that program and you won't need to patch keen?.exe everytime you want to play them. I will support TLI files, too. :-)

- Fix bugs. If anyone here notices something in the recent, please write me. Version 0.2 will be a very great version!!!!

I'm still working on the correct detection of tile information.

It is more work than I though so please be patient.

When it is finished every mod will work I promise!

I have seen many improvements so far...

(like slippering correctly on ice and not on snow)

Version 0.1.9.6

Post by gerstrong »

Today I release another version of CloneKeenPlus.

Sorry, not all bugs have been fixed you all sent me, but some of them.

I'm still working hard getting mods to work, especially the new keen3 level pack.

When I'm on version 0.2, it will have to run

I'm uploading another version

As I see that it likes to crash in Windows, I'm doing more double check to avoid this in future. I hope it helps.

Have fun!

Version 0.1.9.9

Post by gerstrong »

And yet another release. I tested this one various times on windows and Wine.

It appears to also run very well on this operating system.

Let me know, how it is.

Yep, not crashing horribly anymore under Vista x64.

-Sound effects play too quickly in stereo mode
-Pogoing on a yorp doesn't make you stop pogoing like it should
-Turning the pogo off right as you hit the ground still bounces you back up
-The ceiling height is too high, which makes it possible to do stuff like this:
