Kommander Keenbat(abandon, only for a while)

This will be a Mortal Kombat and Commander Keen combination* + Keen 4 mod.Fighting system will be similar as in Mortal Kombat 1 and 2.
*It'll be kinda Mortal Kombat 1 and 2 combination.

In the game you'll play as Noob Saibot and you must save Reiko.
As we know Noob Saibot is usually Scorpion, so he will shoots harpoon as in the game. I also put as many secret as i can.

Well, it'll be done soon and trying to finish it. :D

Previous Commander Keen fighting games have been utter drivel with poorly programmed poorly arranged poorly designed characters and ugly badly arranged stages, ranging from "choppy animation and limited inconsistent controls are the best" to "HEY GYSU IS KEEN DUKE NUKEM IS FIGHTING GAMES DOOM I FORGET LOL"

If anyone is going to make a commander keen fighting game, it cannot be a rehash/spriteswap of an existing game. It just won't work, and trust me on this. You need a completely unique fighting game system.

Szemi I personally warned you about creating pages for mods/fangames that haven't been created yet. I delete the page until you finish at least a demo, don't try to make it again before you have something to show us.

Maybe the neural stunner animation could be Keen shooting his fists like Rayman?
That's the only way I can see this working as a Keen 4 mod without some serious patching.

As for a Keen fighting game, the first thing that comes to mind are the Super Keen Fighter games, where oddly enough the first in the series was SKF 2, and there was no Super Keen Fighter 1. The first two were pretty terrible, and the third, made with the MUGEN engine, wasn't bad but suffered from the bugginess and repetitive gameplay that most MUGEN games seem to, along with the added problem of really mediocre custom animation and, in a later version, the pointless addition of Duke Nukem characters and a cyberdemon for some reason.

I don't know if there was a point to saying all that, besides to avoid making the game buggy, make the custom animation cool, and don't add non-Keen characters. Also, using only ripped sprites would probably still be kind of lame, especially since the Keen 1-3 and 4-6 characters naturally look different and aren't to the same scale. Not to say an all-custom-animation project would be easy, but it would be cool.
