You need Keen5e.exe Version 1.4 - there were a few bug fixes etc. made to the game after its release I believe so that's why there are different versions.
The 'e' stands for EGA, which is a colour palette type I believe. There is also a CGA version which has fewer colours; the files for that one are called keen5c.exe.

I created a Home folder and edited the DosBox Autoexec to point to it. I then wrote a program to automatically generate batch files to mount certain folders on my machine when I need them.
