No, that's old, there's a much wider variety of art out now.

I did have a concern about the mod.
Since the resting place for his disc is on his back. When he throws the disc, he's able to walk around before the disc comes back. So would it be difficult to give Keen a different set of sprites for when he's not in possession of the disc?

Yes, in theory.

But you'd need duplicate sprites for ALL his actions which would probably require too much memory and also one heck of a lot of patching.

It might be possible to make a secondary disk sprite that stuck near Keen when the disk wasn't thrown, much like how the moving platforms have little flame sprites. (Except theirs are built-in, this would be a whole new sprite.)

Oh ok. Suppose it's good I haven't drawn it on his back yet. Finished the slopes and working more on the title screen. Have some more themes in mind other than the first one I posted but haven't started on them yet.

Nifty any scope for a release date yet?T his year looks like it'll start off with a bang.

I really have no idea. Things are coming along though. There's no level design or things like that done yet.

Here's an update. Just put together a mock up of most of my tiles done so far. Makes it easier to find errors and make sure things fit together. Not quite happy with the water, or Sea of Simulation. Just seems too bland so far. Still need to add switches for the bridges and doors.

I like it. The risk of using so few colours it could look messy, which this doesn't. It actually looks inviting and quite pretty. Nice.

Those lines are awesome! Here's an idea: follow a line to find a secret area.

I was only worried that the red levels would have a weird contrast to make it hard to see the actual platforms. Could do all kinds of stuff with the lines. Like linking switches to doors, or just making it look artistic.

Or different colored lines. Like blue line for the blue gem holder and door.

Or if it is possible, pressing a switch to change the color of the line. Or change the line directions.

Btw, would it be possible, if you press a switch, to close a bridge and open other at the same time?

Try making it look polygonal, like a primitive water simulation. (And that would basically be alternating pyramidal points moving up and down. It's hard to explain without a drawing.)
