I'm not sure if Klik & Play games are 16-bit Windows programs (i.e. programs that would run on Windows 3.x). If they are, they won't run on any 64-bit operating system. The only way to get 16-bit Windows programs to run on a 64-bit operating system would be to use something like Virtual PC and install a suitable OS like Windows 95 in there. But you'll need the the original install media (and its product key) to do that.
Hail to the K1n9, baby!

I've never used that game editor. I know that Europress Software used it to make their Living Classics storybooks. It allowed the creation of programs with minimal programming required. Alice in Wonderland was they first did. I've tried all their classics except the Hunchback of Notre Dame. These games only work as far as Windows 7 to my knowledge.
