They do kinda look like dogs in a way though...

They were described as having floppy, bunny-like ears... which they don't really, they look far from rabbits IMO. The elites especially look like dogs.

So then the black lips on mine are less than likely.

We do in fact have one high quality 320x200 image,t he end art for Keen 3. There are no black lips upon that Vorticon, though there are floppy, puppy-like ears. (Note Vortininja have had theirs clipped.)

I'm stumped on this one. Would Vorticons furry or just bald? I know it's all really at my discretion. Just curious what feels more like the right answer.

Good question, again I think it depends on how you preceive the Vorticon. I've always thought they were slightly furry; short haired like...actually I don't know any short haired animal. :dopefish

Depends on how short you mean by "short." There are of course lots of cat and dog and rodent breeds that have comparatively short hair, or else lots of mammals with very thin hair (not necessarily that short, but widely distributed over the body.)

I would describe, for instance, this weasel as having short hair:

As does this dachshund:

And this blesmol:

I have a cat at home, he ain't hot no short hair, that's for true. :p

As for the examples, the blesmol seems closer to my view - maybe a bit shorter, but not like the dachshund.

I agree with chrissifniotis.

Also that weasel is gorgeous. Weasel mod time!
