Speaking as a medical practitioner, lobotomies don't involve cutting the skull open, much less in several places, MUCH less the side of the head. Who did the surgery, Dr Mario?

i know its wrong (im the head of the international medical association afterall) and it was meant to be a proper 50s lobotomy through the nose, but because the bounder kept bouncing around, the doctors kept slicing in the wrong spots.
