Welcome to the Crossover thread, where you can create crossovers between Commander Keen and your favorite Sci-Fi show/game/whatever

Right now im thinking of a Metroid and Commander Keen crossover, where Keen discovers the planet where Metroids live and meets Samus there

What are your ideas for a crossover?

... there is no place called 'planet metroid' in the metroid series.

I'll think about making a martatroid mod in the future.

also, cobalt's billy the blazehog mod.

I have lots of great crossover ideas!

Here are some examples. I've fleshed each of the stories out pretty well, but let me know if there are any major plot points or areas of character development which may be missing in any of them.

Keen discovers the planet where Klingons live and meets Worf there
Keen discovers the planet where Ewoks live and meets Chewbacca there
Keen discovers the planet where Seinfeld is and meets Kramer there
Keen discovers the planet where the Chinese live and meets Ip Man there
Keen discovers the planet the Mormons have promised him after death
Keen discovers the planet where Elvis, Hitler and Jim Morrison live
Keen discovers the planet of the apes and meets Troy McClure there
Keen discovers "Forbidden Planet"
Keen discovers the planet populated entirely by hot chicks and meets his mom there
Keen discovers the planet where the Wiseaus live and meets Tommy there

Dang it, you stupid bunny. If it weren't for those dahn kids messing with my internet, I would have had the jump in this topic.

This does remind me, however, of something I've been contemplating for a while now. Have any of you chaps or chapettes heard of/played Fire Emblem? It's a tactical strategy game with swords and shields, magic and dragons. There are many FE games, some for the SNES, Game Cube, Wii, 3DS -- but mostly I'm thinking of the GBA games, namely Blazing Sword and Sacred Stones. The community attached to those games is fairly big, and they've put out some massive ROM hacks. I was a-thinking about making a Keen-themed strategy game. I think that'd be pretty cool. A major plus is that the Keeniverse is already filled with bounteous amounts of characters and creatures, so I'll never short on that department. What do you think? (Oh boy, oh boy. Can't wait for Bablet's project to be completed.)

I've had the idea of a MineCraft Keen game, even worked out the story and the level progression. Since I can't mod though it's just an idea.

You can't mod which game? MineCraft or Keen? (I know so little about MineCraft.)

P'shaw, I thought the purpose of minecrafts existence was for people who WANT to mod, but don't want to do things that require talent and technical skills and like spending money instead of doing things that are free.

There's probably already 314 minecraft keens floating out there in suckerland

Well not to fear, chrissifniotis! I am in the midst of (and have been for a while now,) constructing the most comprehensive, step-by-step, Keen course of video tutorials, recording exclusively here at Keen College.

In other news today, MWA HA HA!!! It worked! Behold!

Okay, well it isn't much yet, but at least I was able to get Keen's portrait inserted. Now all it needs is some fixing up (such as resizing, eye blinking frames, mouth movement and important stuff like that.) Where is this headed? To the battlefield, of course! To horse! Keen rides once again along side his beloved friends, Princess Lindsey, Spot, the Oracle janitor and many more companions against the dark horde of Bloogs and evil Shikadi. Strike boldly! A Commander Keen Tactical strategy game complete with upgradable units is on the way, coming to stores near you~! (C'mon, guys, back me up here...)
