All I get is a blank page with that message. If it's a simple download whatever happened with just mailing a link? Or dropbox? Why are people going fancy?

Just go to Documents and download the files (and instructions).

The link is just for validation purposes. It only works once. After that, just google ZoHo and type in your credentials, you should be in.
