Hello. I want to ask something important.

If I want to make a Keen 6 translation for example (original Keen 6 with modded texts either graphically or in the patch file), is it "legal" to use the patch that removes the "What's the name of this creature?" window or not?

Seriously, just asking.

Probably illegal as it's important piracy protection code, assuming that nobody except those who own the manual (http://cc314.shikadi.net/encyclopedia/i ... man08.html) can get past it.

Nobody cares, obviously.
