Keen 1 multipass card

Hey, as we know a multipass card was planned for Keen 1.
Question: Was this planned to be used by Keen or the Vorticons?

A multipass card was going to be included in Keen1? Or am I misunderstanding?
Was that a keycard that can be used multiple times on matching-color doors? Or a card that can be used to open all doors, no matter the color?
I hadn't known about that.
Keen and the Vorticons live in a Puzzle Universe. It make a lot of puzzles lose their puzzliness if there were a God Mode Card.
But a cool hallway filled with dozens of doors in the last level before the boss... and Keen walking them all down without interruption... That might be a little cool.
