Well, in that case I can't help you.

And by the way, there is no need to quote me when you reply to a post and your reply is going to end up right next to the post you quoted. If there's half a page or more between your answer and the post you're replying to, then you may quote it to make it clear what you're replying to. I don't think it's necessary here.

I think I might've found this on a backup disk. I don't have the original zip, so I just zipped up what was in the directory I had:
https://davidgow.net/stuff/isisiia-2012.zip

It crashes on startup for me (under wine on Linux, though), but maybe it'll work for someone else and/or with more poking around.

The readme file calls it:
Mystery of Isis IIa - version 1.0a (January 2012)

Even if this is not the demo I was searching thanks Multimania. I've always wanted to try this version 1.0

I have this game on my hard drive. It is only 9 levels and there is no ending, so the game is incomplete.

Somehow I missed that there was a previous demo release of Isis IIa. No idea if there were more than two in general, since there's nothing in the progress updates in the original thread that suggests there were any subsequent public releases and I didn't pay much attention back then.

Anyway, I had a quick look at Multimania's zip and the files in there compared to the version I downloaded back in the day are slightly different. In particular, the absence of the versions.txt file as well as the fact that the version of isis.exe in his zip is dated January 13 2012 rather than January 16 2012 suggests to me that it's the actual version 1.0a, while what I have is version 1.1a.
versions.txt wrote:1.1a
- Fixed bug where you could drop (down+CTRL) through sloped tiles
- Gave keen invinsibility when he walks through an unlocked door
- Tweaked levels 3, 4, 5 (less enemies, more health items), 8 (now passable)

1.0a
- First official release
- Designated alpha since not all features were tested, and bugs could be present
Here's the original zip of version 1.1a I had lying around in my backups in case anyone's interested in grabbing it.
