But I thought Netkeen is 2-4 players. Dosbox has that awesome tunneling connection. I got two computers to connect Dosboxen over our lil' Local Network. Too bad my brothers aren't huge Keen fans. I have yet to try out 4 players. I imagine it would go something like...Levack wrote:I wish you could play up to four players local
P1: netkeen -server -nodes 4 (Host)
P2: netkeen -nodes 4
P3: netkeen -nodes 4
P4: netkeen -nodes 4
...if I'm not mistaking.

You can definitely play 4 player local, exactly how troublesomekeen indicated, but make sure to also include the extension command:
Code: Select all
-ext ck4
-ext ck5
-ext ck6
-ext kdr

I really enjoyed scouting out all the maps for each game, especially Keen Dreams and Keen 4. The expansion of Gnosticene architecture found in maps like FigurativeSpeakn and Twin Towers has proved critical in the making of my Guardian of Wisdom mod. Thanks for all the hard work you guys put into this, and also for the neat map designs.

Edit: HERPIDY DERP someone mentioned it in the Youtube comments. It's from BioMenace. Thought it might be.

What is the background music in this match? (Netkeen Dreams - Ceilick vs GargApplesauce)

I don't remember ever hearing it before, but it's very Bobby Prince. I noticed one of the other demos had Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure music in it, so this soundtrack's probably from some other Apogee game I didn't play much of.
