Ah yes, my loyal subject, Sal. You captured his likeness marvelously.

For fun, I did a google search on bipship, and my site turned up first. :D And somewhere on the second page of results, I saw that Keeniverse.net linked to my site. Cool! Thanks KeenRush!

You're welcome. Of course I link all the good sites. ;)

*sigh* Instead of actually accomplishing something with my site, I made this.

Seems to work alright. There was once something like this, but I guess that's long gone now and this fills the void. :dopekeen

The SGA-O-Tron has now moved to a different place, and is more integrated with the rest of my site. (The old url redirects here. at least for now.) http://www.bipship.com/sga-o-tron

Let me know if you bump into any issues, because getting it 'inline' with the rest of my site was a bit more troublesome than I expected, and I might have missed something.

This is exciting! :D

After an evening of fun discoveries and other stuff, The Bipship is now also being hosted off of my own computer!

http://bipship.selfip.net/

Check it out! Let me know if it works! Have fun! If it doesn't work, that hopefully means that my computer is off. ;-)

edit. The only thing I've found to be not working is the sga-o-tron. The image-manipulation module doesn't seem to be installed/configured correctly on my computer.

edit again. I don't currently have any long-term plans about this. I don't know what will happen with this. It's just a fun little thing.

Hehe, can't access it. :p

Try again, I messed something up and had to uninstall/reinstall apache and php. Sga-o-tron still doesn't work, I think the freetype library isn't available or something.

Can't access it now either. But besides that, what's the point really? I can't see that either. :D I mean, the point in having it hosted on both nfs and your own computer.

It's working for me ... grrrr, this is frustrating. Probably firewall settings on my end. As for the point, I don't know, I was just trying it out. The first thing I did was create a password-protected server that let you browse and download my music library, which is something I bumped into by accident here.

edit. Tried it on a virtual Windows XP machine on my computer. Didn't work. Added httpd.exe to the list of allowed programs on my firewall. Tried it again on my virtual machine. Worked. So NOW it should be working for everyone.

edit again. Aha, so it does work! KeenRush, I see you in my access log. (Or at least, I see someone from Finland.)
