It is where I live.

I'll try to get it in the off-peak time! Sad to hear you couldn't get help - I'd put my hand up if I had the time, knowledge and skills to do anything.

70MB is a large direct download, however with a download manager you can just queue it up and forget about it. Seriously Kuliwil, if you don't have JDownloader yet, get it...

What is the music Level0x.ogg for?

VikingBoyBilly,

Thanks for the comments. The "Level0x" music is for custom loaded levels. If you load the sample map provided, you'll hear it.

The error itself occurs in the Java Virtual Machine:

# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
#
# EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0xe96d0e98, pid=2884, tid=432
#
# JRE version: 6.0_25-b06
# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (20.0-b11 mixed mode windows-x86 )
# Problematic frame:
# C 0xe96d0e98

Edit: I have made it to Level 8- Central Command. This has been a really fun game. I really like it so far. The game itself shows 18 possible levels, but I assume there are only 9 correct?

Correct, there are only 9 so far.

Geoff, I do not know why you have the idea that some of the levels are incomplete. Other than maybe Level 7 - Hanger, most of the levels seem complete to me. Not all the levels have to be giantic to be complete.

They're complete in the sense that they are playable from start to finish. They are incomplete in the sense that most of them remain largely untested and untweaked. In other words, they still require a lot of work to bring them up to the expectaions we originally had - most wont be as fun as I had hoped.

Decided to try it now. Both links on the first post seem to be down (expired), though. As I can't find alternate links on the relevant KeenWiki page, I'm therefore asking if someone can upload the fangame to somewhere.
Personally, I prefer v1.1a. Of course, if anybody can upload v1.0a, then it'd be useful as well :); Even if not for actually playing it now.

I will do it within the next few days. It would be great if someone had some space I could upload it to, because otherwise I'll be forced to send it via another temporary transfer service.

I'll host it, ckGeoff. Email it to me:

(antispambot)

I will send you the public link as soon as I receive and process the file.
