Is there anybody who has played the level pack or is currently playing it, having something to comment?
I finished the pack on easy and I'm halway through my normal run. I have found the ice cream cone and lifewater flask on every level.
Edit: There are supposed to be one lifewater flask on each level, but
Frozen Fortress actually has two on that level.

I seem to remember trouble when extracting this levelpack. Try this one:
