Title says it all!


Here is Commander Keen 1 Gold Edition. It's an updated and enhanced version of the original game with new levels + old levels with fixes, edits.

Note that this gold edition has been divided into two parts due to the regular numbering of the levels (because of this, the mod was 31, so there are part A and B for this to have 16+16 separatedly. For more info read Readme.txt. Have fun!

EDIT: If somebody doesn't know, Keen 1 Gold A contains the original Keen 1 levels with some tweak and bugfix + updated worldmap. Gold B contains the same, except there are +16 additional levels.

Man, the new set of levels is excellent! Loved the ambience of these levels. I truly enjoyed playing them. I completed all but the secret level - I haven't found it yet, but I think I will find it one day because I'm definitely going to play this pack again in the future. Great job.

Still working my way through this, it truly does deserve its name as GOLD.

In the meantime, I updated the zip file on my dropbox because of few minor things. I tell you, KeenRush and everybody especially, who completed the game already.


As a good news, I already started Keen 2 Gold 2 days ago!

@szemi: Just a question, is it possible to include this Edition to our Commander Genius Repository? If you agree, I would do that for you.

That way, the android player can let it download automatically and you would reach many more people.

Because keep in mind that this gold edition is an unofficial fanmade tribute (Keen 1 mod only). Just saying.

It would appear in the internal Commander Genius Game Store together with the other mods it already offers. It can be accessed from the Launcher UI.
