I don't know how you calculated it, but I get 1,351,400 points as the perfect score. That's 771,400 "regular" points (100-5000 points items) and 29 lives (i.e. 20,000 points each).

You're right 1,351,400 is the correct perfect score amount. I was missing 2 life water flasks when I was calculating. Counting is hard...
Edit: The perfect score error has been fixed in the most current version (1.51).
