I played your mod

im not a keen 1-2-3 expert, so it took me 25 lives before i could get past the first 2 blocks in your mod :D (i took off my sunglasses to do that, at first glace the colorscheme hurt my eyes)

The rest of the mod is probably also hard, but i wont get to see it since you disabled the default cheats (i encourage that but with this difficulty it could ruin the fun of exploring a new world)

Ill try it again later sometime

My sound was bugged btw... is there something i should configure in dosbox in order for it to sound 'appropriate' ?

Those "bugged" sounds were my attempt at new sounds. They sound a little like what happens when you remove/rename the sounds file. :P

Bump.

I tried the hazard = teleport thing, but it got sprite overload. :(
Also, when the beginning is close to the edge (level1) everything messes up when you get teleported back there. :(

Anybody get a cross yet? :p

Yeah, the Cromaj Hotel is crool (cruel and cool). It's also quite large.

Which way did you take in level four, the Subway (down) or Elevator (up)? I usually take the Subway.

While you're giving us the "everything is so easy for me" attitude, I'd really see someone doing a video playing the skull level of KeenQ. If anyone could do it you should.

Damn, was hoping that wouldn't be an issue for non-active sprites.

What's KeenQ? *checks mods folder* Ah, KeenQ, I remember playing through this once every day for a few weeks. It's fun. But what's the 'skull level'? There's a skull on the map, but there's a rock blocking me. :confused Do you mean the rock level at the far bottom of the map? It has a label in it like this:

[skull]SECRET[skull]

But it's kinda easy, I don't think it's that one... :confused

And for clarification, I usually go down, I don't usually complete down. The spikes kill me usually, but then the shooters... :bloody

edit: I completed this level.

I found some various bugs in some levels of Keen -6, so here is Service Pack 1:

Download Service Pack 1 for Keen -6

Just paste in the contents of the zip into the real folder. It also contains a non-hidden patchfile.

I played the first level of your mod several times but did not manage to stay alive for more than 2 minutes.
It's just way too hard for me. I'll give up.
Since the normal cheat combinations are disabled, I can't tell whether I like the level design and the graphics. I just can't see them.
No game for me. :dead
