I played your demo and it is great! The graphics are awesome, the enemies are very challenging.
And the level design is different, it's new. I like that!
Maybe you should make a more "common" easy-version and make some minor fixes. But you shouldn't abandon your level design! It's great!
The fans just have to get used to it (and me too, I'm still trying to find the exit. )

Well, so far we've taken an axe to the map level. LL says that my levels are to small, cramped and twisty, so we're hoping to expand them some, though a few will remain basically unchanged. I really like how the map is going. (It now has flowers in it, ok? Cheerful enough for you?) so here's hoping huh?
