:dopefish
I've finally drawn the sprites for my Vorticon replacement, edited some text here and there, created some custom tiles, and made the first level!
Have a look-see here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/mgw2jlduj ... ngdoms.zip

(Please tell me if that link works! :dopefish )

Those graphics really have the vorticons feel.
The tiles were used nicely as well.

Looking forward to the rest!

Wow, really like the the vorticon replacement. Also the dark atmosphere is pretty cool. And the 'recoil' on keen's gun is a really neat affect, nice idea there! Good luck with the rest of hte mod :)

Yay, this is gonna be fun. The replacement looks great, and fits in perfectly with the original graphics, and the recoil makes Keen's gun feel big. I hope you'll put in some situations where shooting may not be wise as Keen may fall off a platform... looking forward to the finished product.

Wow, nice work! The only thing I would question - some of the levels are the same. But then again, it fits in well with the story, so job well done, I say!

He's only made the mod's first level, so more different levels are to come.

Heh heh, reminds me of my very first modding efforts. Good stuff.

I've entirely missed out on this one... I wish people posted screenshots when they release something!

I overlooked this also, it seems. Pretty sure THC has made a lot more progress lately, but I've only caught bits and pieces of discussion on IRC about it.

You're both too late; files are taken down quickly unless you're a premium user. More people need a CKFS account.

Actually, that's KeenWeb he's been working on (just checked the PCKF IRC Dropbox). Is it the same one or did he put this one aside?

(Edit: Obviously a different one, since KeenWeb is Keen 5 and this is Keen 1.)

I see that, I wonder if I should move the Keenweb stuff in my dropbox into that folder?
