Resemblance between the australian & new zealand dollar?

Post by Rorie »

since we have switched from an ezboard to a phpbb & for those who didn't participate in the old thread on the ezboard. i thought i would start this topic again but for those who did participate in the old thread on the ezboard don't have to say anything. but now i will ask the new members. is there any resemblance between the australian & new zealand dollar? use the images below to determine the difference is there is any

australian federation 2001 $5 note

australian $5 note
Image

australian $10 note
Image

australian $20 note
Image

australian $50 note
Image

australian $100 note

new zealand $5 note
Image

new zealand $10 millennium 2000 note
Image

new zealand $10 note
Image

new zealand $20 note
Image

new zealand $50 note
Image

new zealand $100 note
Image

so is there any difference? remember if you already repiled to this thread on the ezboard. you don't have to comment

UPDATE: 14/4/08 shareapic had a crash & lost all of my images except for those after december 07. so i had to re-upload the images anyway the image links are now fixed

Our (NZ's) notes actually get larger with each higher denomination. Do yours?

I've forgot what the point of the topic was back then, I've also forgot what I said or thought then, but now I'll say that yes, there's difference between them, even if there are similar ideas and colours used in them. Such as that guy with the hat facing left, and the guy without hat facing left. And Australian 100 and NZ 20 have quite same colour scheme.
