Oh sorry! I'm used to not having to worry about size. At the old PCKF your avatar was resized automatically.

When you upload an avatar it already says it must be no larger than 80x80 and < 6kB. I think it would be a good idea to enforce that or at least remove the warning if it's not enforced.

On my Profile page I can't upload one, only link to one.

I don't think there's another way, I just used TINYPIC.

I have mine at 100 x 100. I didn't see the warning about 80x80.

The thing about the size limit in PHP BB is it just doesn't work. I forget how you have to get it working.

I think once you get your avatar too large so that it stretches out the default icon border, it gets to be too big.

Mine's 100x100, just like how I have it in the forums where no animated avatars or animated graphics at all (unless they are related to the game's development) are allowed.

I don't see anything wrong with animated avatars unless they're like sequnces from movies and weight like a meg or something. But it's very strange the size limit isn't working.

But well, I guess it's not anything so important we'd need it immediately...

True, I suppose we should be saying "link" instead of "upload" - so how come you don't have an avatar yet KR? I'm used to seeing some blue square next to your name, even though I can't remember what it was...

I miss my avatar! It was a letter 'K' on blue background. I don't have it because I don't have a Keen web space currently! Or shouldn't have, as far as I know keengrid.net should have ended already but there it still seems to be!

But I already removed my stuff from there and so on... So, the avatar will have to wait till I get a new Keen site up.
