I have a surplus of zucchini and decided to try out a few different recipes this year. With how many I have, I'm looking for more and tastier variations of how to make them.

Do you have a favorite zucchini recipe? How do you season and cook yours?

I do enjoy cooking but zucchini (or "courgette" as we call them where I'm from) is not an ingredient that I have ever purchased or used. Ratatouille is the first thing that comes to mind but I'm sure you thought of that. Some sort of cheesy potato bake thing also but I cannot recall with precision what I'm trying to think of.

I'm dying

I recently tried pickling some surplus zuccs whole, à la cucumbers. Will let you know how they taste when they're ready! (Probably another week or so.)
