Radnor's sunken eyes are/were clearly caused by overdosing on The Spice, while Retsu's eyebrows are clearly compensation for the early onset of male pattern baldness. Debunked. ;)

I don't really know either of these. But it's not unknown game makers are sometimes influenced by others. But there are also coincidences.
