A random thought: is it possible that 314 is a reference to 3 1/4 floppies, and not pi?

Well I guess I have to thank to my brother Mark Zuckerberg, who introduced me to Keen. And while I was enjoying playing it and wasting time, he made Facebook :celtic

Yeah, they were called Auschwitz-Birkenau and Bełżec. :crazy
Wolfenstein was a prison building. I think you mean B.J. Blazkowicz.

Having never played the game and knowing only what I have been able to discern from this forum about it on one occasion many months ago, I feel I'm going pretty well. :crazy

Grew up with it. I don't know where it came from or why, but if it hadn't been for Commander Keen 4, I would have been a different man.

Commander Keen 5 and 6 were among many games that we got when we upgraded to Windows 95 for the first time.
I love my cute little Machop!

Come on, you know Machop is cute! I mean, how could you not love those endearing eyes? That adorable face? That loving embrace?

Just don't call it cuddly or else it will hurt you.

When I was around 5 at age, I got the floppy discs for Keens 1,2,3,4 and 5 from my sis, who got them from a friend of hers. I remember being so excited about the previews of Keen 6 I saw at the info section of Keen 5 (I think that's where they appear, don't they?), although my imagination greatly twisted/exaggerated the memories of the previews. :P

For example I remember how I always thought the Bloog Dome was either part of a level or some hideous new monster.

1994 - My neighbour (then 14) got me (then 6) and my brother (then 9) into that game, and we fought over it every single day... Number #1 fave game for both of us. And that was 17 years ago. It was Commander Keen 4. A year later, my godparents got us Keen 5 and 6, then a year later was the first 3. Good times it was. Still my #1 fave game series to this day.
My Commander Keen life, started a long time ago - on a nice and beautiful sunny day back in the year 1994. I was only six years old back then. I used to play it alot on a then 815MB HD, 32MB ram computer.... Oh that was these days.... Now I'm 24. :)
