There's a massive heat wave across most of the US, and it hit 108 here (NY) yesterday.
Is anyone else ungodly hot?

Well the last 2 weeks or so have been around 96-100 every day. Of course, with all the humidity, it feels more like 107. Despite all the rain we got last spring, it hasn't rained once in these 2 weeks to disrupt the heat.

It's been far below seasonal here. The palm trees are suffering.

You got what we had recently. Only thing is that it picked up some more heat while it traveled aways to your place.

It's been an average of 95á´¼F here in Missouri, although it has hit 100á´¼F once or twice, but not for very long.
We just had a small, but much appreciated bit of rain, which dropped the temperature all the way down to 85á´¼F.
It doesn't feel out of the ordinary for me... Seems like it was this hot last year.
Can't wait to move.

If you don't come up here and take it back, I'm having it towed away. >:

Way to go USA! This year you've broke all kind of records including heat waves, uncommon snow, tornadoes, floods, sand storms, fires, pollution, federal debt and others...

Well, I think the hottest town in Mississippi was Holly Springs, tipping the scale at 107á´¼F (and that's without the heat/humidity index).
Typical temperatures around my place have been around 95 - 100á´¼F. So, not out of the ordinary.
