IMF in MFF2

Post by DSL »

The old PCKF had some clever extension makers, so if you're still in here i have a question for you...

The old ModFX let you play IMF music files inside MMF1.5 but that extension isn't supported by MMF2.

The successor ModFusion EX extension does not support IMF it seems but it's supported by MMF2.

How on earth am i supposed to play IMF music without having to convert it to OGG, MP3 or any other supported music format?

I think it's a bitch that an obsolete version have wider support for different formats than the successor, especially when the old version isn't supported any more.

Does any of you genious have an idea what to do?
I wish i could do my own extensions so i could fix this myself...

Why do you really want to play IMF files though? You did that really nice rendition of Monster Bash's vulture.imf, if you could do that to whichever IMFs you were planning to use it'd certainly make it worth using Vorbis music!
