Stolen Apogee Tune?

Hey guys, Long time no see. While traveling America I recently heard this song on the radio and QUICKLY wrote down what the song was. The instrumental sounds very familiar, maybe a Wolf3d song? Maybe Im going crazy. Tell me what you guys think?

It sounds a bit similar to pow.wlf, but I think it's just that the instrument in the .mp3 sounds a lot like something you'd hear in Adlib music in general.
