I was aware that something like this could occur, but did not think of that particular example. This should be added to the wiki; poles and platforms are not a good mix.

I'm pretty sure that, at least in Keen 4, doing that glitch causes Keen to mess up when entering doors (he'll enter the tile below the door without moving up the correct position).

That was not a fun AR bug to diagnose.

Platforms and doors are an iffy thing, it relates to what object Keen is 'tied' to.

Just for clarification, it only starts when you grab the pole midair while the lift goes by, then start holding UP (for the levitation) otherwise he just gets knocked off the pole
