Wow, it started as a Wayback Machine trip to the old PCKF, and I eventually made my way to this crazy flash animation of TmsT's. I vaguely remember this, I'm sure I must have seen it before. It's really weird having bits of your memory jogged years later.

French Erotic Film
Date submitted: 10/08/2003

That song is so repetitive and catchy!

Yeah, you watch it and you're singing for days.

I don't, the Dutch text distracts me too much to read the text he subbed it with.

It's a pity, really, since it seems pretty ingenious. :P

From memory:

“French erotic film, an old blue Scot called Dill.
A windy shaky driver, doesn't look like they'll revive her...”

Man, the things your brain hangs on to...

I have to admit, that is probably one of the best animutations (Or whatever the hell they are called.) I've seen. I LOVE the weird sounding music too.

What's funny is I downloaded the song by its self once, and without the visuals... didn't really sound like it does in the animation at ALL.

There is a frightening amount of text that flashes on for a split second--too fast to read. I'm kind of worried about what it says ... :crazy And all those weird pictures that disappear before you can figure out what they are ... LOL, this thing totally infects your subconscious brain. You could definitely spend days going through this thing frame by frame and figuring out what everything is. There's definitely some SGA in there ...

I already did that. The frame by frame thing. I decompiled the SWF (SWF to FLA) and looked at it in Flash. There is nothing interesting that flashes by. (If I remember correctly.) Well... nothing BAD. (Like "Go run naked in the streets.")

I also think that was the one that has the special "TMST commentary" underneath the actual flash screen. I don't think you can see it without ripping the SWF. You might be able to see it if you stretch out the screen so it's tall but skinny. If you do that though, you have to load JUST the swf in the browser window (No HTML) like you do with a picture or movie.

It was also very cool to see how Mr.Kepple put it all together... lots and LOTS of layers. It's funny how flash files can be bult so different and still do the same thing.
