Obligatory Graduation Thread

Post by _mr_m_ »

At great expense in housing and tuition, whiskey and cigarettes, [something] and [something].. I've finally graduated from university and am finally done with school...At least until my work pressures me into pursuing a Master's or something.

It's a major relief to be done with school shenanigans. Which now leaves me more Keen time to help with any projects I've jumped on board with -- at least while I'm on my job hunt.

So yeah, cheers for me, and cheers for all those who encouraged me throughout my college life. Thanks!

Good luck! It's taking me more than two years to finish the so-called "job-hunt" but with some recent events it looks like that may be shockingly coming to an end soon.

I sure hope I have the energy to keep keen modding after a work day.

Congrats, Mr. M. I hope things go well for you.

Speaking of Keen, maybe you'd like to take a look at some of those Atroxian Realm songs? I could use some help revising those for the IMF format.

How's the job market in your field? I hope you don't have too much student debt.

I shall be different and boo you for improving your life and employment prospects via the acquisition of qualifications. (Boo! Boo! I say! I didn't need me no decade of edumacation, two and a half years was plenty. Now excuse me, I'm late for me homeopathy class.)

Congratulations! I graduated in May and was so relieved to be finished. P Chem II was the hardest class I have ever taken.
I wish you well on your job hunt.

I'm graduating debt-free. I've been able to pay off my bills at the start of each semester. I've had a few interviews so far...I think a lot of U.S companies are waiting to see what the government does about this 'fiscal cliff' of whatnot.

after all these years of tacking cgea cert 1 it is done all that time and study has payed off. i hope to finish level 2 in 6 more months time so i am going to defer graduation if the tafe will allow me to. i am going in to a enrollment day of the 4th of feb for which i will need to take that monday off work which will not be a problem. just tell my supervisor and the manager and they will allow it, just think once school is completely finished, i can consider dumping food bank to bump up my working week to 33 hours. the board has said to me that if i ever need to return to food bank in future i will be allowed to however i do not see any chance of me returning to food bank i have been doing it a long time and i want to move on
